about faith

Do you need any reason to believe or to put your trust into something or someone?

wait! don't answer it now.. because maybe this post can give you the answer..

at first it was a feeling.. a feeling that you can put your trust into something or someone..
a feeling that doesn't need any reason.. you just believe it..

one said that to believe you must experience it yourself.. but I think it's wrong..

do you still remember the first time you traveled by airplane?
how did you trust the pilot to take you to the place you wanted?
how was you so sure that you can arrive at your destination safely?

you just believe it..

well, it's true that we need reasons in putting our trust.. but not at the start point, it's more to how to keep it..
for the previous example, you don't need any reason to travel by airplane for your first time, but the results of your experience will give you reasons to keep your trust into that airlines company..
and that will be the reasons why you choose that airlines for your next flight..

this process of feeling, thinking, putting your trust into something or someone and keeping it are called FAITH..

this is faith :
"no matter what your religion is, you don't need any reason to start it.. but you need reasons to keep it.. to stay faithful to that religion..
no matter who your partner is, you don't need any reason to trust him/her.. but for sure, you need many reasons to keep your trust in him/her.."

well, quite short for a discussion.. but I hope, this post will give you answers to the question I asked you before..

Do you need any reason to believe or to put your trust into something or someone?
